Deposits
When a booking is made, credit card details will be requested and a deposit of £100.00 per person applied. Alternatively this payment can be made by cheque.
Dogs
We welcome dogs at Killiecrankie at a supplement of £10 per night. We do ask that they are not left alone in your bedroom, and that they are kept out of the public rooms; with the exception of the bar, where we welcome them after food service.. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate an offer of accommodation including pets if our guidelines are not accepted.
Smoking Policy: We are a completely non-smoking hotel.
Charges for Children
Infants under 3 years - free of charge except for food provided.
Child sharing parents' room: £30.00 Bed and Breakfast or £60.00
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast.
Children are welcome in the Dining Room so long as they are
comfortable in formal surroundings and do not disturb our other
guests. Early suppers can be provided in the Bar Conservatory from
6.00pm.
Weekends
A two-night minimum stay may apply at weekends.
Single Night Bookings
Whilst we appreciate that some of our guests require single night stays, we only allocate a couple of rooms for this and have to give preference to guests requiring two or more nights particularly at weekends.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made within four weeks of arrival. If we are unable to re-let cancelled accommodation given the amount of time available, part or full payment of that accommodation will be charged. In Britain, it is a legally binding contract when an offer of accommodation is accepted either in writing or by telephone. We strongly advise clients to take out personal holiday insurance. The hotel can supply the necessary forms if you do not have personal travel insurance already.
